From Protection to True Opening
For a long time, I believed hyper-independence was my strength.
Built from a young age to ensure survival, it became the foundation of my identity. From the outside, it looked like composure, self-reliance, and accomplishment. Inside, it was an armor of constant effort, achievement, and holding everything together. When it was time to feel, numbing myself was the only mechanism to cope with the pain.
Years of practice and silence forced me to face a subtle, uncomfortable truth: Much of what I called strength was protection. What I experienced as independence was disconnection.
The Protector wasn’t the masculine
We speak often about boundaries and structure. Looking closely, many of us are not living from a mature inner foundation. We are living from the aspect of ourselves that protect us fiercely to survive.
The Protector knows how to endure, organize, achieve, and carry immense responsibility. A very sophisticated shield that is not allowing anything or anyone to enter, at some point it was impossible to meet myself authentically.
Surviving and living are not the same thing. Operating perpetually from protection turns life into an exercise of control. We manage life instead of inhabiting it. We analyze feelings instead of feeling them.
Beyond the Intellectual Transcendence
Along the way I encountered teachings such as:
"There are no boundaries.", "Go beyond the story.", "Who is the one suffering?" —to transcend the personal and rest in pure awareness.
Without somatic readiness and psychological maturity, spiritual understanding becomes another shield. We use the idea of awareness to bypass the body and feelings. Mastering concepts to distance ourselves from the raw material of our shared humanity. The spiritual performance takes over masking the discomfort
Healing does not ask us to reject or transcend the Protector, or to follow the thread that will reveal the source of all our inner conflicts. It’s something deeper than that, is about discovering and unveiling that has been always complete from the beginning. It asks every part of our human nature to be met with presence, radical honesty as one of the most important acts of self love.
Some patterns dissolve the moment they are fully met. Others cannot be thought away. They must be deeply met, felt, and metabolized over and over until they are finally released.
The Shift into Trust
When active and receptive dynamics mature together, the stance changes:
Control softens into discernment.
Hardness discovers tenderness.
Receptivity ceases to be a vulnerability and becomes an expression of trust.
Practice is no longer about fortifying defenses. It becomes the capacity to stay open in the presence of depth, uncertainty, and feeling.
The feminine could not be understood conceptually,
The Container
Transformation of this depth does not happen in a weekend workshop or a drop-in class.
Breakthroughs happen in a moment. Embodiment requires time, rhythm, and a dedicated field of practice. It demands a space where we drop our daily masks in front of women committed to doing the same.
The Women’s Circle: a 12-month dedicated container designed for women ready to move past concepts into lived integration.
The Journey
Over a full year, we move through twelve gateways:
The Mahavidyas & Archetypal Wisdom: Exploring the ten wisdom goddesses as a map for feminine awakening, shadow integration, and devotion.
Somatic Awakening & Sacred Anatomy: Returning to the body through yoni and breast awareness, nervous system regulation, and healing through conscious touch.
Energy Cultivation & Sublimation: Working directly with life-force energy, mantra, and breath to transform vital energy into awareness.
Emotional Alchemy: Meeting core wounds, facing radical truth through the Icca Jnana and Kriya Shakti, and practicing the Feeding Your Demons process.
Devotion, Ritual, & Daily Integration: Bringing non-duality into everyday life, exploring sacred relationship, and cultivating devotion as a living practice.
Walking Together
The container is a fixed international cohort of women who begin and complete the cycle together. It is not a casual drop-in space. It is a shared commitment to continuity, trust, and depth.
If you have mastered your protection and feel the quiet recognition that it is time to open, you are welcome here.
